STILL LOOKING!!!.... Experienced Caponizer, Caponizing, Caponize, Rooster Neuter... Willing to trave

I am just SICK that this happened! I have done a minimum of 20 hours researching this and if he wasn't so old I would attempt. But I don't want to kill him and SO THANKFUL that SHE Didn't know where to look chancing that she would have cut his artery because she obviously lied to me about having been experienced! He was a lot better today than last night!

Hey there... Thanks for checking in! Well I did find someone to help us and he is in Oklahoma. I go to pick him up on the 27th! Unfortunately the surgery wasn't successful :-(

She hasn't ever seen anything like this but neither of his testes were there. The procedure was done properly and their is evidence that his ribs were broken and healed. Probably from when he was injured as a baby.

The only theory is that when this happened it damaged it moved them... so PIP will remain a Rooster. And I am hopeful that we can keep him from crowing or at least figure out how to keep the peace with neighbors :)

well that's strange then... I guess he gets to keep his man hood so to speak.... haha. well that's good that you found someone and that they knew what they were doing . once he starts to crow one suggestion is to shut him in the dark/ have a coup door so that light doesn't get in. if done correctly he will not crow till late morning/ when you let him out . Good luck and I wish you both the best :)

He was injured when I got him. He was going to he disposed of via garbage can at the feed store.

Here he is :)

The testes weren't too small, or if they were, the vet would never have known! Bird's testes are under their ribs, under the wings. Not in the groin area. Probably a good thing she didn't remove anything, who knows what she might have yanked out

What I want to know is where the heck is a chicken's groin any way? ROFLMAO !
