The girls are at least 20 weeks old as I got them 20 weeks and three days ago and still no eggs. 2 of them started squatting two weeks ago. Am I just impatient?
Are my particular birds just late layers?
These are the birds I have:

1 Blue Andalusian
2 Crele Penadenesca
1 Sicilian Buttercup
2 Black Copper Marans
1 Colombian Wyandotte
1 Blue Wyandotte
1 Barred rock
1 Ameraucana

Do you free range?
Do you have older birds already laying?

I do free range and I do not have older chickens.
I have fake eggs in the boxes, I have tried locking them in the coop all day and I have been on several egg hunts. But still nothing.

We waited a while for our eggs and really you just have to be patient. When our chickens were not laying we asked someone about when they will lay and he said that we would have to wait weeks to a month. Well the next day we got an egg! They will lay when they are ready. Do you have the nest boxes already set up?

Are nests easy to get into?
Do you have a run too?
Can be good to have a run even if you free range, especially if your coop is not big enough to confine birds for days on end to train to lay in coop nests and/or a predator event.

Here's some tips on how to tell....

Then maybe.....
Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for a week or so can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. Fake eggs/golf balls in the nests can help 'show' them were to lay. They can be confined to coop and maybe run 24/7 for a few days to a week, provided you have adequate space and ventilation, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.
