Still no eggs

Hey everyone,
My "russian orloff" are now over 28 and half weeks old, and still no sign of nesting to begin laying. Is it possible that they are never going to lay eggs????

They will lay. They are slower maturing than breeds bred for high production.

My 8 month old Black Copper Maran laid her first egg yesterday and I have 2 "mutt" hens the same age that have not laid at all yet.
