Still no eggs??

Pretty sure that's a rooster, from the updated pictures. It may be that he is younger than the others. The curving up and then down tail feathers is unique to most roosters. Have you looked at his saddle feathers? (near his tail) Hens have rounded feathers and cockerels have pointy ones.

That light colored barred one in the middle of the second picture at the top is the one I thought was your roo... that is really light colored to be a female and looks to have male feathering coming in ... if it is only about 4-5 months it won't be that mature yet, some roos don't start crowing until older.

I can't see the hackle feathers in those pics. The best way to tell is the hackle feathers are pointed in a roo, and rounded in a female. Just from those pics though I am about 75% sure that one is a roo.

Sorry :( they are ready for bed and not too big on the photos tonight ;) thanks for the info!

That's what we thought too, but since there was no crowing we thought maybe hen.

The middle one on the roost looks like a cock... But I still think the one against the wall is a hen. (Hey, I may be new to the website, but I'm a natural at the complex art of chicken whispering. Not to brag or anything.
