Still no Jade.......

as some of you know, I posted that my peahen, Jade, went missing a few weeks
after mating....

well, it has now been 39 days since I last saw her...
two days before found a soft shell egg under her roost...

unfortunately have to assume I won't be seeing her again...
I have held out all hope but guess I have to face the harsh truth
that she is not on a nest to return with a little one but gone.....

truly have and will miss her...

I know what it is like to loose a peafowl, and it is very upsetting.
