Still no pip

I've been hearing chirping all day. How long can they chirp in there before they pip? I feel like it's going to run out of air. This is day 18 by they way. I feel like a nervous mother.

Is it bantam? Bantams tend to hatch earlier around 18 days. Once a chick starts chirping it should hatch or start pipping within 24-30 hours.

If it has been longer than 30 hours after the chick started chirping and it has not started pipping yet then get worried.

Thanks. I'm not sure when it started but I know it was sometime between 7am and 3 this afternoon. I heard it when I got home from work. Their dad is a bantam, mom is Rhode Island red.
