Alright so I'm gonna try and put all the info in here as possible. We built a new coop around October it's 16x8 and about 9ft tall, with 15 laying boxes, and a 5x6 roosting bar. There's 25 birds in there all are 1 year or older. We have tried everything we can think of/read and still aren't getting any eggs. When we initially put the birds in the new coop they did fine laying in the boxes. They get let out at sun up and put themselves up at night. We feed pellets and oyster shell on top of them free ranging around the house about 15 acres. Things we've tried are keeping them cooped in the run and feeding more to see if they'll go to the boxes and tries that for 2 weeks and never got one egg. Put small curtains over the boxes for privacy. Fake eggs in the boxes. And we also have solar lights at the coop. There's only 2 roosters also. 16 of the hens we've had for 2 years and know that they were laying fine but in a smaller run and coop. We are just out of ideas on what to do.

Try not letting them out of the coop at all for a day or two. Are you sure you don't have egg eaters? How much do you feed them? Try putting them on an all day access to feed schedule?

We feed them a full 1 gallon mayo jar of pellet. Not sure on the egg eater. We've thought about leaveing them cooped up for a day or two but were afraid they may fight

locking them up for a couple days might stress them out a bit, but chickens are resilent. As long as you have enough space for them ad give them things to scratch and peck at within the coop, a day or two won't cause major fighting.
Most likely they have a few nests around on that 15 acres.
