Still not sure about this bird

OK I got some opinions about one of my "girls" a couple weeks ago. It definitely looks different and I think it is a cockerel but I am still not sure as it does not act dominant and the comb and color are not so different that it could not be a hen. I do not know this breed at all so any help is appreciated. Sorry for the washed out pic they were all either washed out or blurry. believe

It's kind of hard to see, but I think it's a cockerel.

I think you are all right, I just didn't want to admit it! I wonder if I can keep him if I say he identifies as a hen? Anyway, thanks for the input.
