Still on Starter...do I need to add anything if we give a treat??

Would like to try some oatmeal or scrambled eggs or something...not all the time but for a treat..do I need to add grit if they are still on the starter feed at the same time???

yes you do. I put a bowl of dirt in for my chickies, so they had the grit in it and got to dustbathe. They loved it!

My chicks are 2 1/2 weeks old, do I need to put a small bowl of dirt in thier box?
