Watch that darker blue. Hens usually have a darker hackle area while males get darker hackle, back and saddle areas.
The darker blue comes in as they get to about the same stage as males get pointy shackle and saddle feathers.
Yours should start getting darker now.

I agree. Rooster. At 3 months, that much comb and wattles in a bantam (?) Cochin is a sure sign.

Sorry. However, if you can keep roosters, bantam Cochin roosters are known for being especially sweet tempered.
