It's usually much easier to tell when they're older. I bet the reason people thought she was male was because she had larger comb. Some breeds have naturally large combs for both sexes (like legbars). The color of the comb is important, though. These two are still pale. If they were cockerels, they'd be bright red early on from hormones.Thank you! I've posted the white one on a thread before and they said roo, but it was quite young. It has changed a lot since.
