Comb is relatively small, but the pattern is mushy.
Feathers look a tad suspicious.

We definitely need full body pics to tell the gender. The comb looks quite pale though, so I think I might be leaning towards pullet.
The butt pic is not very helpful, but still pretty cute.

I would guess male, but like the others mentioned full body would help. Possibly standing.

Yes I know lol! Haha I was wondering if those were spur bumps on his legs I posted some full body pics
