Still unsure of sex @ 16 weeks!

I have posted a few pics along the way, but still a bit unsure on this chicken.
Not any bigger or smaller than our other 3.
Comb hasn't grown any larger in the past 6 weeks-ish
No wattles
VERY large green tail
No spurs
Unsure on saddle feathers (they just came in recently)
No crowing

So do tell....roo or pullet?

Same here. I'm almost wondering if the front half is a pullet and back half is a roo.
We are in the city, so for 11 weeks we've been falling in love with this chick and have no idea if we will need to get rid of him or her!

It's a cockerel. Pea combed birds don't always get really impressive combs. Spurs are a poor indicator of gender. The pointy feathers developing and the shading of color on the wing bows tell the tale, though.
