still unsure of sex

I posted a while back asking what sex my turkey poults were. 2 replies both said they were hens. Now they are alot bigger (bigger than a chicken) and I am still unsure if they are hens. One in particular gobbles and struts. Both have though. They look so much alike, I just am not sure! Please help!
Its so weird how they can change the color of their head. Sometimes they are very white, others very red.

In that first picture, the turkey on the left, I could go either way on. Our oldest hen has an oddly long snood, and she has me convinced she is a she because she lays eggs. Her caruncles are smaller than the other one. Does he/she have a beard, and is as big as the other ones? Our hens with beards have thinner beards that don't grow as fast

Neither of them have beards yet. I think the one you are talking about it just a week or so younger. He/she seems to develop the snood, carnuckles etc slower, later than the other.
Otherwise, they look very similar, legs same thickness and length, about the same size overall as well.

have you felt their chests for the start of beards? it would feel kind of like a tick mid way down the chest.

both may strut, but only toms will gobble. (to the best of my knowledge)
