Stinky waterer

That's interesting. I didn't think vinegar could possibly hurt galvanized metal. But a google search turns up that it will etch it.

Not sure if that's a stinkiness factor, but I suppose it could be.

Miss Prissy is right, you are leaching out iron and zinc with the vinegar. It's very dangerous to you and to your poultry and you may have to discard the metal waterer.

No worries, the old waterer has been chucked. The new one is not stinky.

Turkeys are healthy & rowdy, I think the limberneck one was injured. They sure like to jump and fly.
