Stinky

I've noticed over the last few months that our coop smells pretty bad. We clean, and move them around, and they were wormed last month: still really stinky poo. Is this indicative of either parasites or bacteria?

a couple Questions:
What are they eating
And Is there good ventalation in the coop

They've been eating non-organic layer pellets, and the occasional leftovers, and there's good ventilation. I've swithced back to organic now that my local supplier is able to get it again

I would say theres not enough ventilation from the sound of it. If it is an it gets damp and not enough air flow to dry it out could be ammonia or bacteria.
