Stop Calling!!

Wow, we have someone that calls us ALL THE TIME and I call the number back to find out who it is, but "This number is NOT IN SERVICE" comes on! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!? Good luck!

It is a computer software program, it's used illegally by some people it's supposed to be used by large buisnesses to make outbound calls with many different numbers so that if you miss the call or want to call back later you get a "phone tree" (press one for English) or a switchboard instead of a person's desk....
