Any tips on safe products to keep my ducks from eating all my landscaping? I haven't done a search yet, thought I would ask here first. We have 4 free range ducks and they are eating everything I try to plant or perennials I had before them. I really love my ducks but I love my plants too!

I think fencing is the only truly safe option. I have to fence off some of my flower gardens to keep the deer out of them. If you don't want fencing around your flowers, then you might choose an area of your property to fence off for the ducks. :idunno

Thank you; still hoping for another answer. Fencing the ducks isn't an option, we enjoy them free ranging too much and since that is what they have been doing all along, I think they would go crazy! I also can't fence my plants, way too many separate areas. Unless maybe there is some kind of cheap netting fencing that isn't too noticeable but would keep the ducks away. Hmmm, hadn't thought of that until now. Some kind of safe spray would be ideal, if there was such a thing.

I know a netting you might try around your flowers. It's about $20 for 7 feet tall and 100 feet long. You may not need it that tall though. It is not intrusive on your view. But I think there is netting made for flower purposes. I just know this is very affordable.
