I'm researching and finding conflicting answers so figured I would check on here your thoughts. My ducks are on day 22 of incubation. They have been wiggling their eggs around a lot since day 18 trying to get in position. My question is a few of them the air cell is starting to work up one side. No sign of pipping into the air cell yet but should I stop rotating the ones that it is creeping up one side and get them air cell up and just go in by hand and rotate the ones that aren't yet?

They are the same as chicken eggs, probably most eggs, in that three to four days prior to hatch is lockdown. Stop rotating and up with the humidity. The one time I did Pekin eggs, I did it just like the chicks, 40-45%, then 65-70% at lockdown.

You can stop rotating if you want during their last week. That last week, it's really not as necessary as they're big and moving around so won't get stuck.
