I use this product sometimes!Compare the above two to this...which is actually labeled for birds...and is cheaper than one bottle of the above too.

I agree @lazy gardener , over priced, over applauded. My chicks wouldn't drink it, went with Nutri-Drench years ago and haven't looked back!If I need electrolytes, I mix my own. My chicks all get Poultry Nutri Drench. IMO, Sav-A-Chick is an overpriced product which is totally un-necessary.

This is a wonderful ALL STOCK product. Makes 180 gallons. 9/10ths of a gram per gallon. Costs about $2.99 + Uncle Sam fee.
We use it for swine/cattle/goats/chickens/ducks/turkeys. LOTS OF BANG for your buck.
NO SUGAR.

I agree. I just can't understand why some choose to waste money on Gatorade that's bad when the save chick is the same price. Both a dollar here.If I need electrolytes, I mix my own. My chicks all get Poultry Nutri Drench. IMO, Sav-A-Chick is an overpriced product which is totally un-necessary.
In a pinch if you can't get or don't know about poultry electrolytes Pedialyte is the best substitute in the "human" store. Less sugar and no artificial sweeteners which imho could cause more issues than the bird already has.![]()

I get that point. Lol.My point is this: You can make your own electrolytes with ingredients found in every kitchen. It is free, and always available.
