Stopped getting subscription emails

My emails (to an earthlink address I have used for 15 years) were not bouncing or ending up in Spam. I have spam protection on earthlink's side turned off, as a matter of fact. They were forwarding to my main address and everything worked perfectly until a week or two ago.

Switching to a gmail address fixed the problem, for now, but I am reasonably sure it's not a 'spam' problem unless my provider just blocked you out altogether. They still allow lots of regular porn/nigerian/pharmacy spam through! :) :)

So the first time this happend, I changed my e-mail address in the BYC system to an alias on hotmail and got my e-mails for a few weeks. When they stopped coming I changed to my other e-mail my phone company offers me with my internet service and that lasted about a month. Now it has stopped, so I just now changed it to the other e-mail that my husband uses with our phone company and the e-mails are coming through again.

This cannot be an issue with my service providers as when I change the address in the BYC system they come through. If my service provider were blocking BYC e-mails, none of them would come through, this has to be an issue with the BYC system.

I imagine this will work for about a month and then I guess I will be SOL.

I've seen other people complaining about this too, but they just say they've given up. I pointed them over here, but not much in the way of responses. It's not a huge deal, but just a heads up that there's something odd going on. Not sure on what end but certainly more than one email provider is having problems.

Just out of curiousity, I will switch back to my old email address and see what happens. :)

I tried that too and I did not get the confirmation e-mail that BYC sends when you change e-mail addresses. In other words it didn't work when I switched back to one of the addresses the BYC system stopped sending my updates to.

Yep, same here. I just changed back and no confirmation email. ALL of my other email is sent to that address without problem and I have virus blocking turned off, so it's odd.

I am not getting any notices too. I found this thread while looking for what the issue might be. I was afraid it was something I did. How can I get them to start? I am on AOL & they are not in spam
