Stopped Laying! Help!

Your cop is plenty big.
But 19 hens in 10'x12' for most of the day is tight.
Really tight.
I have about the same size run for 5 hens.
This may not be the cause, but I would think about adding a top to the 2x16 area so they can use the whole area all day.

Coop's kinda tight too....~2sqft per.
Light can take a few weeks, or more, to have an effect.
Chickens can teach you tenacious patience ....or not.
