My RIR and EE girl started laying about a month ago and then both quit laying about 5 days ago. Nothing that I can tell has changed, in fact it has warmed up.

How old are they? It could be that the days are too short. Are they molting? Are you sure that they aren't hiding their eggs?
They are roughly 7 months old, the days seem to getting longer and they don't visually seem to be molting. We did find 1 egg outside of they're normal nesting box. It just odd that they laid regularly almost every day for a month and then suddenly nothing

What do you feed them? Chickens stop laying in winter due of shorter daylight hours and most don't take their winter break until weeks after solstice when the days are longer.

Do you free range?

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

They aren't free range, they have a run at the moment. Not small not huge, hope to expand it soon. I feed them starter feed because I have only 2 laying and 5 not but they have access to oyster shell. Live in North Texas.

How big are coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics might offer a clue.

So the 2 that had started laying have now stopped?
They may just be taking a break, happens sometimes.
As long as they are all eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK, I'd not worry.

The coop is 5×8 and 5 ft tall. Run is under the coop and then goes about 30 ft.
