I have a RIR hen, and 2 BO hens that have been laying consistantly and egg a day for at least the last three weeks. All of sudden they have stopped laying. The birds are at my parents in laws house
currently, and my sister in law has been taking care of them, and I thought maybe it was just she weas letting them out in the mornings, and they were laying somewhere in the yard, but her mom said that she hasnt been letting them out, cause she is waiting for eggs before she does..
Nothing has changed in their environment except the addition of three pigs to the farm. They also have about 20 dairy goats, 4 of which have recently given birth.
Could either of those events stopped their laying? If not, is there something else I should be looking for?
