Without washing the eggs and allowing the natural bloom to remain on them, how long will they keep in the fridge?

Washed or unwashed, an egg begins its slow decline. Refrigerating slows the process, but does not halt it, of course. Personally, we never keep eggs more than a week or two. However, the stores obviously keep and sell eggs that are easily a month old before they ever arrive at the consumer's home.

Two months is very doable. I still prefer the fresh ones!!!

Eggs lose moisture and quality over time. The air pocket will get larger as the egg loses moisture,
I've had eggs keep in the frigde for months, but it is better to use them sooner.
