In my previous hatch of 20 remaining quail eggs, 19 made it and are doing well. However with the temperatures in my region rising, I can no longer store fertile eggs in my garage as they will be 80+ degrees throughout the day. However I was given a great condition vaccine fridge from a local clinic that bought a larger one and I have been monitoring it for the past 4 days. On the highest temp setting it consistently holds between 51-52 degrees F and about 45% humidity. I put a bowl of water in the top a day ago and the humidity has stayed at about 60%. The temp is a little lower than ideal but I wanted to know if anyone had experience in this and whether or not it will affect hatch rates if I store my eggs in here for a few days.
