Storing Pea Eggs - Question

Is there such a thing as a peafowl egg carton? When I got my pea eggs they were just in a plastic bowl..I wanted them to be pointy end down, just because I think it helps, so I put paper towels around the eggs to keep them straigh up. How do you store pea eggs? They're so big they aren't going to fit in any cartons!! lol

Put some shavings in a deep container and set them down in them.

i have been putting all my eggs in an electric turner until i put them in the incubator because i have heard that if you dont the yolk will stick to the side

yes they sell tray for peafowl/turkey .eggs....check at your produce section of your store, those tray apples and other fruit come in will work, they just throw them away.

my dad orded these for me they are super cheap an i can store my eggs in them in our basement about 45-55 degress an 40% humitdy then when it is tim the whole tray fits in to my sportsman bator.i turn my eggs by hand before they go in the bator 3 times a day.

I ordered some from Mr. Dickey at Dickey's incubators in GA. They are for turkey/goose eggs. The dozen eggs I have now fit great in them.
