Getting my first shipment of eggs on Monday, setting on Tues. I've read through all the good info on her about candling when I get them, how to store them upright for the 1st 24hrs, and to not turn them for the first 36-48 hrs. Feeling good about all that. :)

Question being, I live in Texas, as we don't really have basements, so I'm not sure where I could store the eggs and keep them at the 65-75 temp. Any good ideas others have used? I'm guessing our fridge is too cold. I live in a small apt, so any tips that would work with that would be great!

anywhere cool. Not sure of your layout, but ...a closet, bathroom....?? close but not too close to an A/C vent?
