Straddle Leg ?????

I have a 9 day old turkey poult who is eating and drinking but this morning i noticed its leg splaying out and backwards and seems to be turning in a circle.
is this straddle leg?
all the others who are days older and younger than this one seem fine.
the base of the brooder is covered in an old towesl and kitchen roll and i have not used newspaper to avoid any leg problems.
does this sound like straddle leg ?

I found if they have it at birth its fixable.
But developing it after some time like yours is a waste of time trying to fix.
