I have a young Tom Turkey who seems to be in fine health, he acts normal and isn’t in pain. A few days ago I noticed that he had these odd leg lumps, I can’t get a great picture of them, because he isn’t very used to humans and I can only touch his legs when he’s roosting, so this is all I got.

The only thing I can possibly think of, is when I got him he had put all over his legs, and he was never friendly enough to wash.

In the first picture, all I see are his spur bumps. In the other pictures I see some apparent swelling near his left hock.

You might want to try treating it as if it were caused by some sort of mite just in case.

I think it's also these bumps between hock and spur But I don't have any idea what it is.

Try the treatment they use for scaly leg mites. One such treatment is to coat the legs with vaseline. If the condition improves repeat the treatment weekly for at least a month to prevent recurrance due to mite eggs hatching.
