"Where will I stay?" Jenni asked nervously, "I don't know how to make a hut! I mean I read about one in a book, but that was made of mud & I don't see much mud here. What if I can't sleep near you & have to be alone & have a hut next to a stranger," Jenni paused, "or worse! what if my hut is next to Jacquill's?!" she said in a panic.
Bai laughed. "We have many spare huts. Besides, all our huts are relatively close to one another. So there will be many people around you. Ive met them all and, trust me, they're all good people at heart, with no bad intentions"
Jenni ran to the stream & started splashing around, "Did I tell you I like swimming?" she asked Bai, "Its so much fun because you can pretend you are a mermaid or seamonster!" she said, then dove under.
