Strange baby chick?

Chick was born with wings that tip out?? all the others look normal.
anyone know what might be wrong with it? or is that normal??

You might have a frizzle. The feathers curl toward the head on frizzles.

Looks like a Frizzle Cochin to me (feather-footed). Where did you get her? What were you told she was?

I got her with a group of mixed eggs, out of 30 eggs only 11 hatched (we lost power for 24 hours due to power company messing with the lines) 5 are big chiks and 5 are small/tiny with fuzzy feet, I was going to ask the group why the small ones have fuzzy feet, cute but odd, this little balck one is the only one with feathers that tip out. I thought it might be deformed.

Mixed eggs...a surprise in every one

You should post pics of them and we can help you try to identify them. The feather-footed ones could be Cochins, or Brahmas, Silkies, or several others.
