Strange behavior

My hen, Pearl, has been sitting, hardly moving, and has stuff coming out of her butt. Her poop is runny, white milkish looking. Does this sound like she's egg impacted or something else?

I posted also my hen i think is starting a molt but the stuff on her but is making ants attack her i put her in a pen inside durring day and she is content to roost at night. Also while she is in i try to give her extra protein
