I'll leave the specific genetics to the Mille Fleur D'uccle breeders, but yes, you can have throw backs with any line....and my understanding is Mille Fluer is a pattern...a white mottled...which is applied over a base color. If the genetics in the background of your birds contained a gene such that it could produce a white background (white is a D'uccle color) that would cover up any pattern...so yes you could get a white bird as it would likely show white mottled on white (sort of like some joker setting your font color to white so you can't see what you are typing on a white background.)
As to albino, yes, that could happen in any animal...It would have to have pink eyes to be an albino, but albino is rare.
I had Wheaten come through on my Rhodebars (which is a fault). And white can lurk behind the genetics of many colors coming out for show after you have enough chicks to line up the genetics to finally throw one.
