Strange Chicken Behavior

Ok so for the last few days one of my hens has been wandering off from the flock, and making weird sounds that I can best describe as crying. Any idea with what could be wrong? I’ll post a video down below. Thanks for any help I get!

Are they free range? I think she has a hidden nest and is working on being broody.

I would quietly follow her next time and see where she goes to see if there's a nest somewhere.
