I wasn't sure where I should post this, but since it's an injury, I'll put it here. A bit over a month ago one of my chickens got what I believe was bumble foot. It looks like all the pics and was swollen. I treated it as best I could and didn't end up cutting it or giving her a shot (though I tried and failed miserably). It is finally healing. Today I was sitting out with the girls and I noticed one had a cut on the side of her leg. I look closer and there's also a cut on her toe and the bottom of her foot. It appears several of them have cuts/scrapes/scabs on their legs and feet. I am not quite sure what is going on. As far as I can tell, the coop looks fine, but obviously I'm doing something wrong or they wouldn't get scraped up. They run around in the yard most of the day which is grass and some pinecones, but nothing sharp that I've seen.
Here's a pic of one of the cuts:

Here's some pics of my coop. If you notice anything wrong, please let me know:

I know about the water leaking in and my husband is going to fix that. The only thing I can think of is the bit of chicken wire blocking the bottom of the door, but it's bent over so no sharp pieces stick up. It's probably something obvious that someone more experienced can point out and I appreciate the help. Thanks!
