strange egg

The new peahen I got last week just laid her first egg for us, It looks like it is made of leather. It is hard but with things that look like folds all over it. It had to be difficult to pass. I do add oyster shell to their feed but doubt the previous owner did. Anyone have anything like this or any ideas??

Like I said, it is hard like an egg but just really bad deformed. I just bought this hen last week, she is spalding.
