Strange granules in egg, also double yolk 😳

Yes, just a couple of weeks, she has only laid huge double yolk eggs so far, and this one also had a soft shell.

Hopefully her system is just getting tuned up.
Are these the first funky eggs, or have they always been like this?

She has only had large double yolks so far, poor girl, EE. My other girls (EE& Specked Sussex) have been laying normal eggs, all are the same age, about 7 months.
I feed layer pellets & oyster shells.
