Strange growth on quail feet

Checking my quail today I noticed that the smallest had a strange growth on its two feet, I'm sure it's not bubblefoot, they seem to be startled skin scales. the quail shows no discomfort when walking, it eats and drinks normally, I see that its feet seem redder than the rest. I checked my other quail and none showed a similar symptom.
Has anyone had something similar happen to their birds? I am worried that it will get worse, I attach photos. I hope they can be seen clearly. they look like meat spikes on their pads

Looks like Pododermatitis.
Does she live on wire flooring all the time?

They are on flat ground, they have their grass beds and only stay in their cages at night. They look like warts on her feet and I am afraid that she will infect the others or my family.
the vets in my town have no experience in poultry and charge too much for being "exotic pet"

I would suggest not worrying about a thing. I don't see anything to worry about.
