Just wanted to play some pics of these eggs. I find some like this occasionally and I find them strange. I never use them because they seem weaker and I'm not sure if there is any bacteria. I do worm my chickens with the wazine water wormer and they always have plenty of food and water. I don't try to overdue it with snacks unless I'm leaving for a couple days in which case I give them multiple foods and water plus something to peck at like a chicken block for boredom. I give them fresh fruits and veggies as well as let them free roam.

Those eggs look fine. Sometimes when there isn't enough oyster shell, I'll get rubbery eggs.

Jess, do you have new layers? Often pullets will do exploratory pecking on the egg shells. This looks like that's what you have going on. Just be sure you are offering plenty of extra calcium. If you have weak shells, those exploratory pecks will be rewarded with yummy egg. Not a good thing.

If you are concerned about eating them yourself, scramble them and feed them back to the hens.
Providing a source of calcium like crushed oyster shells may help improve the shell quality or there are some brands of layer feed that are formulated to improve shell quality. It might be worth stopping their treats for a while to see if that improves things. I assume you already feed a layer feed? If you are feeding a mash, it may help to change to a pellet as they will pick their favourite bits out of a mash and waste quite a lot of the rest that may contain the calcium they need.
If you know which hen is laying them, you could give her a calcium supplement directly.... a half a Tums tablet crushed over some scrambled egg should help.

The first 2 look to me like natural bloom. The 3rd looks like a calcium related issue.
BTW..
