Strange neck

One of my 18week old RIR has had this problem since she was a chick. Ive googled it and most sites suggest it's wry neck. Other than the neck issue she's perfectly healthy and keeps up with the other ladies. Has anyone experienced this before?

If it still can eat and function as well as expected? Keep it till it becomes an issue and then cull it.
