We have 3.5 month old red ranger pullets. One of them pooped this this white mucusy business this morning.

There's so far no other signs of illness, they all look and are acting normal. It was hot as the dickens yesterday and I gave them a pan of ice water to play in and I know they drank almost the whole thing (they have a nipple watered and I think they were excited to get water the "easy way" again for an afternoon.) could it be from too much water?
I've never seen such a poop out of any of them, and I watch them fairly closely.
If this is representative of some kind of worm or infection, can someone please recommend treatment? I have injectable ivermectin and pyrantel pamoate that I use for my dogs, or I can go get whatever else if neither of those are appropriate for chickens or this situation.
Thanks in advance!
