Photos 03 & 04 show shed intestinal lining which can be caused by coccidiosis or capillary worms. I suspect the latter since you've been dealing with them. There are worm eggs on and in the soil. Chickens peck the soil, in doing so they pick up worm eggs and swallow them completing the worms lifecycle.
I recommend rotating areas where your birds forage and worming your birds on a monthly basis. It's the only way to break the lifecycle.

Ah. Yes. That makes sense. Intestinal lining, not worms.

And lining both, could be normal, or be a warning sign of something else if in larger chunks (from Damerow [image attached]).

To you, are these larger chunks or not? For me, it's hard to tell. I imagine most people don't pull them out into a line to post on forums for advice!!

Shed intestinal lining can be seen with worms as Dawg53 said. I would go ahead an d worm unless you can rule out worms with a fecal float by a vet.
