Strange poop

Hi all. Wife kicked out the 3 week old chicks this week and they've been in the run and in the coop. Got home before and saw this strange colour and consistency poop. Looked a bit similar to the poop when we lost 2 to coccidiosis. Not sure if I'm overreacting or should I be genuinely worried?

That looks like shed intestinal lining. However, since you have moved them to a new environment thus new germs and bacteria, keep an eye out for bloody stools.

Medicated feed really helps avoid coccidiosis.

I put some amprolium in the water this morning and they've been on medicated feed for a few weeks now. What does the shed intestinal lining mean?

If they have been on medicated feed for a few weeks now, you should not need medicated water.
Shed intestinal lining can be normal if you are not finding it all the time.
In healthy birds, the medicated feed will keep the parasite from overpopulating and causing illness.
