I noticed last night and this morning that our 3 1/2 week old silkie was twitching its head. Not like shaking or anything but almost like it's trying to get water out of it's ear. I have brought him/her back inside to keep and eye on it. I'm just wondering if this is a normal silkie thing or if something could be wrong with it. If somethng is wroing is there something I can do to help him/her? I also noticed that none of my other chicks are doing this. Thanks.

Thanks! I will try the vitamins for it. So I take it that its not catchy? My poor little silkie and the friend i brought inside look very sad and I'm sure they want to go back out with their "family".

Wry neck is neurological and not contagious. It is best not to expose them to much cold when there are these symptoms, so I guess keeping silkie inside is best for now. I hope you see improvement.
