Strange

My 2 roosters are keeping their wings slightly away from their body like they are about to spread their wings... what might be the reason?

They are hot. Give them some frozen fruit, ice cubes or a frozen bottle of water to sit next to. Be sure their water is cold and they have plenty of shade. A fan in the run may also help.

Aside from being hot sometimes they spread out to scare bugs out of the grass like other birds do.
