Maybe I'm blind or something, but it looks bearded to me????Can't tell yet whether roo or hen, but from the coloring on the wings, pea(ish) comb and coloration on the wings, along with dark leg color, could mean that you have an Easter-Egger mix there. We have an EE mix that has no muff and beard, but lays gorgeous blue green eggs
It looks like it could be a dark gray-ish chocolate brown color. I agree, it doesn't look just gray.Doesn't look gray to me - seems brown
