Stray pigeon

I live in an isolated rural area & a couple weks ago a small solid blue pigeon showed up in my polebarn. I see it on occasion but it leaves when it sees me.The closest wild pigeons are ~ 15 miles away. How do I tell if it is wild or domestic? I don't see any band on it. What feed should I put out for it as winter is coming soon ?

Bird seed mostly, though they will eat just about anything you'd feed to your other birds.
