Saw a stray roo in the road yesterday evening. It has decided to hang out around my neighbor's pen. Unfortunately, they're away and we're watching the place for the month. I have NO desire to keep it and they already have a roo in the pen. Trying to contact another neighbor to see if it's theirs gone missing.

Black Australorp? Maybe 2 years old?

Either Australorp or Jersey Giant. If the bottoms of the feet are yellow, he's a Jersey Giant. If they are white/pinkish, he's an Australorp.

He is quite beautiful. VERY big, at least two of my nearly year-old Australorp hens put together. I'm thinking Australorp from the feet, then.

I'm really not sure what to do with him. I feel kinda responsible since I'm watching the neighbors' place. Probably shouldn't have left food out for him, but I'm a softy......
