"the kits are coming!" wildsong yowled, heading for the nursery.

Smokeyfur looked up, worried. He helped her into the nursery.

Wrentail hurried over, her mouth full of different herbs.

"You'll be ok," Wrentail said soothingly. She turned to look at Smokeyfur. "I need you to leave," she said simply and quickly. She fed Wildsong poppyseeds as Smokeyfur left.

"There there," Wrentail cooed, and looked around for Leafgaze.
